Arbitrator Xtreme Release Schedule Updated to Sept. 01, 2009

Major Advances with the new AX Engine has brought forward the release of Arbitrator Xtreme from first quarter of 2010 to Sept. 01, 2009. Besides the earlier release date, we've been fortunate that the development of the User Guide for the Wrangler Suite is in fact using a pre-release version of Arbitrator Xtreme for its production.
