Craig R. Bowman - Senior Partner
Craig Bowman takes an artistic approach to his work. It's this creative process that allows Bowman to develop innovative scripting language plus flash tools and extensions. Many of Bowman's innovations were born out of necessity for larger scale projects which would benefit from the development of high level tools. When he couldn't find what he was looking for, or when declarations were made that what he needed wasn't technically possible, Bowman would just create the software himself. The result was the foundation that created TechYou Media.

Donald B. Ferguson - Partner
A 29 year career in broadcast television has seen Don Ferguson excel in all aspects of video and television production. His creative and technical talents include field and studio camera work, directing newscasts and live location broadcasts plus award winning post-production and non-linear editing. From documentary and commercial production to web design and digital media production, Ferguson loves a challenge and constantly pushes technology to its limits. As an instructor at the Centre for Arts and Technology in Kelowna, BC, Ferguson is preparing the next generation of digital media producers.

Chris S. Cleaver - Partner
Chris Cleaver brings a unique perspective to TechYou Digital Media. During a career that spans more than 30 years, Cleaver has consulted, designed and operated for many television and radio stations throughout BC. He is also a seasoned broadcaster having worked on-air both for both radio and television. Working on both ends of the broadcast spectrum, Cleaver's knowledge makes him one of the most popular media instructors at the Centre for Arts and Technology in Kelowna, BC.

James M. Dow - Partner
James Dow brings over 19 years of broadcast television and digital media experience to TechYou Digital Media. As a broadcast television writer/producer/director, Dow has garnered numerous national and international awards for commercial, programming, documentary and promotional productions including CAB Gold Ribbon, CanPro Gold, British Columbia Association of Broadcasters and Television Bureau of Canada. Dow also brings active knowledge in digital media as a web designer and content producer for new media.
